• Weekends are from Friday morning to Sunday at noon.
• Nightly rates are a 2 night minimum.
• Payment in full is due at reservation for booking a weekend or 2-3 night stay.
• Payments for longer stay require 50% deposit at reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Security deposit required.
• Thanksgiving is a 4 night minimum.
• Christmas and New Years is a week minimum.
• Rates increase by 10% from December 20th to January 5th.
• Cancellations must be 30 days notice to gain full refund.
